Where should I start, first of all a big thanks and shot out to Ms. Peng from Osome for giving me the hint, to read more carefully.
Most important of this article — if you are on an Entrepass and are prior to renewing. MAKE SURE AT ANY GIVEN TIME THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS UP 2 DATE via “EP Online” and if you don’t receive the renewal form 3 months prior to the expire date of your Entrepass, give MOM a call to request it to your new address — as in my defence I thought I updated the address frequent enough to make sure I won’t miss any notification from MOM.
And yes, I have been on the website for Entrepass @ MOM many times but somehow missed it always that there is an explicit renewal form which is required along with the ACRA of the business which you incorporated.
On this, a big thank you to MOM and EnterpriseSG for checking on my application within 30 days instead of the suggested 60–90 days! And MOM also approved my extension of visit pass, due to the fact that the application was still in renewal and traveling out of the country was rather not so easy due to COVID-19. Otherwise I would have booked my usual ticket to Bali with KLM :)
